The Process

For most clients, the 4 steps of the Estate Planning Process will be:

$98 Consult

We better understand your family, assets, and desires. After answering all your questions, we provide a flat rate quote for your Estate Plan. Your Consult Fee is funded toward your flat rate fee if we agree to an engagement.

Engagement Letter

Electronically execute the Engagement Letter via Hellosign and complete our Estate Planning intake form through our secure client management system.

Review Your Docs

We will draft your estate plan for your review in about 7-14 days from completion of the Engagement Letter and Planning Worksheet. Upon making any requested changes, we attempt to execute the estate plan as soon as practicable.

Execute your Plan

You must have notaries and witnesses for the execution of your estate plan. You may do this yourself or we provide estate planning execution services.
